Our process is simple, sign up for a consultation, which is a Free service. You will receive an email with a questionnaire to fill out and send back. Once the questionnaire has been sent back, we will schedule a time talk. I like to keep it simple, Google Hangouts, Facetime, or Skype tend to be the easiest services to use.
While we are conversing, I will have you go over what I call your "Story"! The story will consist of your goals, what you have done in the past, any injuries you have had or currently have, things you enjoy/dislike exercise wise. We will then create a "Road Map" which allows me to show you how we will get from point "A" to point "B" without going in circles and wasting time. We will also determine what training course is right for you and start the process of developing a training program. The program will be catered based on your "Story" and will provide the necessary tools to begin your fitness journey!
Also with all training courses, you will receive Nutrition Counseling. With the counseling, you will have a food log in which we will be able to go over and see what substitutions we can make moving forward to help you get to your desired goal! I will schedule a once or twice a week check-in to see how things are going. This check-in will also serve as a time to go over form in your workouts as I will have you record an exercise to make sure that the form is the very best it can be!
Remember, results do not come right away, but if you have the patience and are willing to work hard, the results will come. I will provide the tools, motivation, and support you need to achieve your desired results.
