I am the Head of Performance for Parabellum where I look to integrate healthy behaviors for all my athletes and staff. My goal is to educate the industry and get them to understand why healthy behaviors in esports is crucial for the industry to grow and create longevity. I also am an Adjunct Professor within the Exercise Science Department at Lasell University where I have taught the following classes.
I have also guest spoke at Seneca College as well as other classes at Lasell University where the goal was to educate the student body on my experience in the health and wellness industry.
